Data science and analytics (DSA) is a fast-growing discipline leading to excellent job opportunities in a variety of fields including: business, industry, health care, government, and education.
Through their courses all students will gain applied and experiential learning opportunities. The curriculum varies by program and pathway but may include courses covering:
Data Science and Analytics is interdisciplinary in nature. Students will have the benefit of studying from experts from many different departments including mathematics, computer information systems, business, geography and planning, communications and other disciplines, as well as corporate and industry. The DSA curriculum will combine a solid foundation in data science with business and communication courses allowing graduates to become leaders in their profession.

The Masters of Science in Data Science and Analytics program is a Professional Science Masters (PSM) affiliated program.
We choose to become a PSM affiliated program because we believe the principles of a PSM (internship, Industry Advisory Board, and business accoutrement) will better prepare our students to be effective professionals in their field of study.
